Ingredients: 

Raw Rice – 1 kg
Cooked Rice – 200 grams
Coconut Grated – 1 no. 
Salt – 5 grams
Yeast – 3 grams

 

Method: 

1. Wash and soak raw rice 4/5 hours
2. Make a fine paste with grated coconut, salt, and cooked rice
3. Add yeast and mix well and let it rest for 1.5 hours
