Raw Banana – 200 Grams
Besan Flour – 300 Grams
Salt – 10 Grams
Rice Flour- 50 Grams
Hing – 1 Gram
Chilly Powder- 50 Grams
Baking Powder- 2 Grams
Water – as per requirement
Oil- 300 Ml



Mix the besan flour, rice flour, salt, baking powder and chilly powder with water and make a thick batter and keep aside.
Heat Oil in a Kadai
Mix raw banana with the batter
Deep fry till golden colour
Serve with Chutney
