Pazham pori – ripe banana fritters
Kerala Banana Ripe – 500 gms
Maida – 400 gms
Sugar – 100 gms
Cut Ripe Banana into length wise thin slice and keep aside.
In a basin add maida, salt and sugar with water and mix well and make a semi loose batter.
Heat Ghee / oil in a kadai and coat the Banana slice in this batter and deep fry on a slow flame till golden colour.
