The two restaurants at Evolve Back, Hampi are dedicated to the gourmet in you. While they offer a fine selection of continental and Indian cuisine, they are primarily inspired by the Vijayanagara Empire. 

Karibelle Cutlet – raw banana cutlets

Raw banana: 1 kg
Salt: to taste
Ghee: 100 gms
Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp
Jeera powder: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Cumin: 40 gms
Mustard: 40gms
Curry leaves: 50 gms
Coriander green: 60 gms
Green chilli: 50 gms
Ginger: 50 gms
Yellow chilli powder: 3 tbsp
Black salt: 1 tsp
Amchur powder: 1 tsp



1.Peel the raw banana and lightly roast into the tandoor or oven (optional).
2.Grate once cooked
3.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin/mustard once crackle add chop ginger, chop curry leaves and green chillies and mix will all ingredients except ghee
4.Divide the entire mixture into equal size and shape it into a cutlet
5.Cook on hot gridle along with ghee and serve with chutney
