Qubani ka Meetha

Ingrediednts:
1.Dry apricots: 250 gms
2.Sugar: 100gms
3.Dry fruits: for garnish as required

Method:
1.Soak the apricot overnight and remove the seeds, chop
2.Cook the apricot along with soaked water in slow flame along with sugar till sugar gets dissolve and the mixture become pulpy.
3.Garnish with dry fruits .

Shahjahani ka Meetha

Ingredients:
1.Ripe tomato: 500gms
2.Khoya :100gms
3.Sugar :125gm
4.Ghee :60gms
5.Dry fruits (pista, almond): as required
6.Saffron: ½ gms
7.Cardamom powder: ½ tsp

Method:
1.Blanch the tomato and deskin.
2.Mach and cook slowly in a pan.
3.Add khoya and cook till its dissolve.
4.Add sugar and saffron mix. Add ghee and cook till it’s become thick consistency.
5.Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix and serve.
