Vazhachundum Thoran – banana flower
1.Banana Flower – 3 No.
2.Coconut Grated – 1.5 No.
3.Jeera Seeds – 25 Grams.
4.Green Chilly Slit – 15 Grams.
5.Turmeric Powder – 10 Grams.
6.Coconut Oil – 150 Ml
1.Peel and cut banana flower in very fine chop and keep side.
2. Mix coconut grated, jeera, green chili and turmeric powder together and make a paste and keep aside.
3. Mix chopped banana flower chop, coconut paste and salt and rest for half an hour.
4. Add Tadka with coconut oil, mustard seeds broken red chilly, curry leaves.
5. Add banana flower mixture and cook it till banana flower well-cooked without adding water.
