CANCELLATION POLICY

At Evolve Back Resorts, we understand that your plans can change unexpectedly & have designed our cancellation policy with your interests in mind.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in & we will issue you a credit voucher for the full amount paid, allowing you to plan your next stay with us at your convenience.
 

CREDIT VOUCHER TERMS
 

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in - You’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, with unlimited validity & you can redeem it for stays anytime in the future.
• Cancellations received within 1 to 14 days of check-in - You’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, with certain blackout dates during which the voucher cannot be redeemed. Please contact us for more information about our blackout dates.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours of check-in - Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.
• Credit vouchers are issued for the full amount paid.  They come with unlimited validity, will never expire, and are fully transferable to friends or family.
• These vouchers will be subject to the rates and offers available at the time of redemption - the original booking offer may not always apply.
• All cancellations are processed via credit vouchers only — please note, we do not offer monetary refunds.

 

CHECK-IN DOCUMENTATION
 

• Indian Nationals: As per government regulations, all Indian nationals, including infants, must present an original proof of identity at the time of check-in. Accepted documents are - driving license, voter ID, aadhaar card, or passport.
• Foreign Nationals: All foreign nationals, including infants, must present their original passport along with a valid visa at the time of check-in.
