FLIGHT + TRANSFERS - CANCELLATIONS

 
  • If a guest wishes to cancel their flight ticket(s), it will be subject to the airline’s rules. In such cases, the airline’s standard cancellation charges will apply, along with an additional fee of ₹500 per person, per sector, charged by Evolve Back Resorts.
  • Evolve Back Resorts will not be responsible for any flight delays, cancellations, or any loss resulting from the same.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 weeks of receiving the cancellation request in writing.
